		<description>It is my understanding that the company of, Granite Construction, out of Watsonville California are being considered for a position on your &quot;Most Ethical List&quot;.  Before you make yourselves look foolish, please note that I have just read an article from the Oregon air quality dept; that Granite Construction have recently been fined 240,000 dolaars for violations concerning their contract with the State.
Granite Const; are also being investigated by San Diego City for 
overcharging for clean-up after the tragic fires last year.
