David Frishkorn is director of the Business Ethics and Compliance Office for Xerox Corporation, based in Norwalk, CT. The office has worldwide responsibility for ensuring compliance with all company policies and applicable laws as outlined by the Xerox Code of Conduct. Furthermore, it oversees training and awareness for the Code of Conduct and various policies and handles all ethics-related issues for the corporation.

Prior to this assignment, Frishkorn held a variety of finance and accounting jobs at Xerox in Rochester, NY, and in Stamford, CT. Finance responsibilities have ranged from manufacturing operations controller to chief liaison with an $8 billion Xerox joint venture in Tokyo, Japan.

Before joining Xerox in 1990, Frishkorn worked in public accounting for PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG and in internal auditing at two other public companies. Frishkorn is a Florida CPA and a member of the Ethics and Compliance Officers Association, the Business Roundtable’s Institute for Corporate Ethics, the Global Council on Business Conduct of The Conference Board, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Frishkorn holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting and economics from Slippery Rock University, an MBA in international business from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a graduate certificate in industrial relations from Cornell University.
