David, Dean Kruse suggested I contact you about an alternative energy company we at Kruse International have partnered with. I currently am the site selector for the company. The company takes hazardous waste and converts it into Methanol and Hydrogen. They will build their world headquarters, production facility, and technology center in Indiana. Ther are plans for additional plants in Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Florida and Mississippi. We plan to partner with them to build alternative energy commerce parks within 30 minutes of all their facilities. All the senior debt financing is in place. The CEO of the company, Mike Kelly, is offering for sale shares in this company for $1.00 a share. There will be 11.5 million shares offered. This will be the only opportunity to own stock in the parent company. As a personal friend of Dean Kruse, he wanted to make sure you were offered this. Forevergreen has contracts for all the methanol and hydrogen they can produce for the next 5 years. Please contact either myself or Dean Kruse for additional information. Thanks.

Mr Steiner might want to have a talk with his employee Steve Metz, Director of Operations in Burnsville, MN. Mr Metz’ recent strong-arm tactics letter to the residents of Plymouth was in as poor taste as it was inaccurate. I think it’s time for a intra-company refresher on ethics.
