Erin Lewin is the Vice President & Assistant General Counsel/Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Avnet, Inc., a global distributor of electronic components and technology solutions with $16 billion in annual revenues and over 12,000 employees. A Fortune 200 company, Avnet operates at more than 300 locations serving more than 70 countries worldwide.

Ms. Lewin oversees all aspects of Avnet’s ethics and compliance program globally. She implements policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure Avnet’s Board of Directors, management and employees understand and adhere to Avnet’s Code of Conduct, and legal and regulatory requirements.

Previously, Ms. Lewin was Managing Director and Associate General Counsel of US Airways. During her eight-year tenure with America West Airlines and its successor US Airways, her responsibilities included litigation management, labor and employment advice and counseling, and regulatory compliance efforts.
