Ethical Corporation

Pascale Dubois(Sanctions Evaluation and Suspension Officer, The World Bank)

December 12, 2007

Pascale Dubois

Dubois is the disciplinarian that we never had when we were bad: firm, a good listener, fair in punishment and knows how to hold her temper. How do we know all that? Because of the way she handles herself as the driving force behind the World Bank’s voluntary disclosure program. If you find misconduct (e.g. bribery) by your company in any past World Bank supported projects or contracts (and you haven’t been caught yet), you can set up a meeting with DuBois, confess your sins, implement a compliance program, and voilà: you will not be put on the World Bank’s Black List prohibiting dealers.
