Ethisphere Institute is a leading international think-tank dedicated to the creation, advancement and sharing of best practices in business ethics, corporate social responsibility, anti-corruption and sustainability. Ethipshere is currently looking for a Director for Strategic Initiatives who will be responsible for initiating new programs that build the Ethisphere brand, establishing strategic relationships with leading content providers, developing content for research projects, white papers, and website development.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Gathering content that enhances the Ethisphere brand
• Speaking and attending strategic events that position Ethisphere as a thought leading Institute in the Environmental, Social Responsibility, and Governance communities.
• Assist and conduct business development activities that support the Ethisphere Advisory Services team as well as conduct account management functions including outreach, briefings, and discussions with senior leaders on the topics of business ethics and compliance, internal controls and fraud.
• Support marketing initiatives by producing multimedia, educational, and training materials as well as assume project management roles in program implementations and lead cross functional teams.
• Additional responsibilities may include leading council communications and activities that produce value for the various Ethisphere membership groups.

Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years of corporate ethics sales and marketing experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
• Knowledge compliance and ethics and consulting services sales (preferred)
• Knowledge of ethics and compliance issues present in the workplace today (preferred)
• Polished professional who is self motivated and organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills/good listener
• Passionate about corporate compliance and ethics.
• Dependable, persistent and assertive.
• Works well as a member of a team.
