Sam Fleischmann is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of salesforce.com, inc. He oversees the company’s corporate securities and public-company reporting work, which includes responsibility for corporate governance and compliance matters including Foreign Corrupt Practices Act enforcement, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and ensuring employee compliance with the Company’s code of conduct. Prior to joining salesforce.com, he was a member of the law department at Oracle Corporation from 1999 to 2003, and he began his legal career in 1991 with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in San Francisco.
