Please join us for a roundtable hosted by Cigna. The Cigna team will share an overview of how they are equipping managers with practical tools and guidance on how to respond when an employee raises an ethics or compliance concern. The primary way most employees raise an ethics or compliance concern is with their direct manager or supervisor, making it crucial to equip managers the tools and training to handle these concerns appropriately.
Cigna has developed and recently launched a People Leader Action Guide for Handling Ethics and Compliance Concerns – a practical, user-friendly guide for managers. The launch of the guide was accompanied by a communications and awareness campaign that included training sessions and a micro-learning video. This roundtable will be an opportunity to learn about Cigna’s recent initiatives in this area, and for participants to have a group discussion, ask questions, and share their own best practices around equipping managers
To preserve the conversational nature of this roundtable, attendance will be capped at thirty attendees. Please limit registration to one attendee per company.
