At this event, attendees will hear from our regional community on topics focused on enhancing India’s business environment.

Topic 1: Building an Integrity-First Culture: While the data shows that progress has been made on the integrity front, it is incredibly important for leaders to understand how easily progress can be undone. On this session, EY’s Global Leader and a BELA South Asia Founding Member Company will share what it takes to build and sustain a people-centered, integrity-first organization.

Topic 2: Infosys Team Presentation will share how their organization is elevating and integrating compliance/ethics/integrity into all aspects of the organization — from tone at the top, to everyday decision-making, to product strategy and business development. They will also share how Infosys has leveraged AI and analytics to enhance their control testing and monitoring capabilities to enable them to better measure the effectiveness of their integrity efforts.

Topic 3: South Asia Perspective: Maintaining Tone at the Top – Can Your Culture Withstand Executive Churn? Members of our BELA South Asia community requested a regional version of this session, which took place at our 2024 Global Ethics Summit. On this session, leaders will share how organizations can maintain an ethical culture despite the rotation of executive leadership.
