Ethisphere is actively recruiting an API and database developer. The successful candidate will have experience creating APIs and heavily optimized database schemas in a production setting. The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to contribute to a project from conceptualization to final product, with requisite project management and attention to details.

Experience in the compliance/legal field is highly beneficial, but not required. Familiarity of the elements of a strong ethics and compliance program are a plus. Must have ability to work from a home-office setting.

Ethisphere is developing a content engine that is heavily focused on tagging and recommendation capabilities. The role in question will aid in development on this new product which will be used to expose Ethisphere’s content across multiple products.

Our applications are used to aggregate and render statistics of ethics and policy survey data from large company respondent bases. Scoring is generated based on data aggregated for company internal and cross-comparison from an ethics perspective. Many toolsets are being developed to greatly enhance the comparison possibilities and to better leverage the amazing data companies are finding our applications so valuable for.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing APIs for use between Ethisphere applications and external third-party services
  • Aiding in development of a tagging and recommendation engine for Ethisphere content
  • Optimization of queries and data generation methods
  • Utilizing git for version control
  • Operating in a rapidly iterative and agile-based development lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Personal commitment to strong ethical practices and an interest in helping companies advance a strong ethical corporate culture and support corporate social responsibility initiatives
  • Computer Science degree preferred but not required, depending on experience
  • Proficiency in Laravel using PHP7
  • Proficiency using PostgreSQL
  • Experience developing APIs
  • Experience with other database technologies such as document store and graph is a plus
  • Experience with modern interface development methods, we are not JavaScript framework heavy but rely on CSS frameworks and “vanilla” JavaScript
  • Experience investigating and becoming effective in legacy codebases

This is a remote contractor position for up to five months with possibility of full-time work afterwards

Key Responsibilities
The digital marketing associate will be responsible for implementing key marketing tactics, day-to-day management of forward-facing marketing communications, and coordinating the execution of assigned marketing projects. This includes:

  • Implementing website updates
  • Coordinating and implementing email marketing campaigns
  • Maintaining and updating digital marketing assets and design templates
  • Preparing and updating presentations and sales materials
  • Maintaining marketing and communications calendar
  • Developing and implementing social media campaigns
  • Administrative and other project support as assigned

This role will report to the marketing manager.

Successful Candidates Will Possess

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, or communications preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing required
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and/or other graphic design software and tools
  • Experience with an email service provider (ESP) and/or WYSIWYG editor
  • Experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, initiatives, and launches
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and writing skills
  • An open, curious, and adaptive problem-solving mindset

Are you detail oriented, project-focused, and passionate about ethics, compliance, governance and sustainability? If so we want to hear from you. We are looking for an Analyst to join our Data and Services team. The role is based in either Scottsdale, Arizona or Denver, CO and reports to the Senior Analyst, Data and Services.
Responsibilities:
This position would take the lead on uploading, testing and administering individual company instances of our Ethics Quotient (“EQ”) survey and our Ethical Culture and Perceptions Assessment, including managing the loading of translations and client requested edits to existing templates and doing the initial data pull for team analysis. This role requires collaboration company-wide, a close working relationship with our partners and regular interaction with our global client base.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in survey administration or data analysis
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong writing/editorial skills
  • Strong phone presence
  • Experience in the GRC space a definite plus
