Familiarity of the elements of a strong ethics and compliance program are a plus. This is a hybrid position with time at a home-office and in our office in Scottsdale.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain sales data in Salesforce and track long-term sales data

This individual will generate demand for new and existing customers as the primary mission. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns with the primary outcome being demand generation for Ethisphere solutions and services.
- End-to-end management of email marketing, social media, digital media and content syndication campaigns, including strategy, planning, segmentation, execution, testing, deployment, analysis and optimization
- Integrate email best practices, including automation, triggered/drip campaigns, template development, dynamic content, personalization and retargeting
- Set campaign goals and KPIs then analyze and report on the efficacy of these campaigns and adjust for improvements going forward
- Partner with other marketing team members to leverage thought leadership content, events, digital channels, and other assets successfully
- Understanding of digital marketing to leverage digital channels, SEO, and website assets to increase overall campaign performance
- Manage budgets assigned for campaigns
Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA a plus
- 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally SaaS and services
- Experience with marketing automation including Hubspot and Salesforce.com
- Solid understanding of email best practices, and a proven track record of being able to successfully integrate best practices into an email program
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO best practices

Responsibilities:
- Drive year over year revenue growth in partnership with the sales organization. Direct execution of marketing campaigns that deliver highly qualified leads for the sales organization.
- Fuel awareness by evangelizing our solutions via media/press releases, analysts, communities, social media, marketing events, webinars, and other channels.
- Own Ethisphere’s positioning, packaging, and messaging, ensuring the target audience has an updated understanding of Ethisphere’s capabilities and benefits. - Identify and leverage content to support the buyer’s journey and campaigns. Define and build content assets across the buyer’s journey, with thought leadership, dynamic presentations, demos, web experiences, product marketing collateral, white papers, video segments, etc. Work in partnership with other teams that create elements of the content required.
- Dive into customer data and craft high-impact growth strategies across all parts of the funnel, including acquisition, conversion rate optimization, engagement, and retention.
- Lead a small but mighty marketing team. Develop, mentor, recruit, and retain “A” players. Train team members on best practices and techniques.
- Build and execute on a strategy to maximize the leverage of the existing customer base to cross-sell and up-sell new solutions and services to existing customers to accelerate revenue growth and lower overall cost of sales.
- Work closely with Product teams to develop and execute new product and major update releases/launch plans.
- Create key business and marketing metrics and establish dashboards to enable the organization to continuously learn and improve.
- Own the budget, planning process, and measurement of attainment of KPIs and goals, with the consequent articulation of ROI from marketing efforts.

The Director will represent Ethisphere and consult with companies as they consider the benefits of joining the Business Ethics Leadership Alliance (BELA) and scope out potential Advisory Services engagement.
