Compliance Program Structure and Authority

Behavioral Science

Human behavior is not rational by default, it is influenced by our environments, and is vulnerable to things such as fear and pressure. Comprehending human behavior and how it affects ethics can help companies understand and identify gaps and loopholes in their work environment and business processes that can lead to ethics and compliance risks. In this session, panelists discuss how they have worked to understand the impact of human behavior on employee actions and how using that knowledge can find and prevent ethics and compliance risks.

Featuring:

  • Neha Gupta, CEO, True Office
  • Tiffany Archer, Global Head of Compliance, Risk & Privacy, Pall Corporation
  • Ashley Page, Chief Compliance Officer, Endeavor
  • Dan Berrios, Senior Director, Principal Counsel, North American Trade & Compliance, Samsung Electronics
