Roundtable: Milwaukee, WI – Hosted by ManpowerGroup
2 HOUR(S) | JUNE 27, 2024 - | 2:00 PM-4:00 PM | CDTJoin your Milwaukee compliance peers in-person for a BELA Roundtable hosted by ManpowerGroup.
In our first session of the day, Richard Buchband, SVP & General Counsel, Shannon Kobylarczyk, Associate General Counsel and Cheryl Weyek, Manager, Ethics and Compliance – ManpowerGroup, will lead a discussion on the importance of hosting a strong Ethics and Compliance Awareness Week. The idea of hosting an “Ethics Week” has been around since 2005, but simply naming a week after your E&C department is not enough. Richard, Shannon and Cheryl will lead us through a short discussion centered around their first ethics awareness campaign launched in the US last year with the plan to launch globally this year. The objective of ManpowerGroup’s campaign is to raise awareness, strengthen and encourage the organization’s knowledge of the E&C department, increase company culture, and grow their employees into more ethics-minded citizens. We’ll then spend time sharing and brainstorming to hear from the group about their own Ethics Weeks as well as any takeaways from the BELA Global Ethics Summit. November will get here fast; start planning your Ethics and Compliance Awareness Week now!
During our second session of the day, Eric Jorgenson, Director of Data and Services, and Nick Patts, Director of BELA Engagement, Ethisphere, will share insights surrounding some of our 2024 Ethics Quotient and Culture Quotient data, talk about best practices, and look at various benchmarks of best practices in compliance programs.
