This roundtable will include the following conversations:

First, Amy Kovalan, Global Chief Compliance Officer at McDonald’s will share how they manage their most important third-party relationships.  This includes assessing risk, conducting appropriate due diligence, continual monitoring and upholding the ethics/compliance expectations for their key business partners.

After that, Ben Bard, Chief Integrity Officer at ADM, will share how their organization is elevating and integrating compliance/ethics/integrity into all aspects of the organization — from tone at the top, to everyday decision-making, to product strategy and business development. He will also share how ADM has leveraged analytics to enhance their control testing and monitoring capabilities to enable them to better measure the effectiveness of their integrity efforts.
