Ethisphere is excited to present our next in-person roundtable in Minneapolis, MN, hosted by our friends at Target. Featuring speakers from BELA Members Target and 3M, we’re looking forward to a robust and engaging conversation surrounding pressing Ethics and Compliance issues currently facing organizations.
Our first session of the day, Measuring Ethical Culture will be led by Robyn Singer, the Senior Manager of Ethics at Target. This session is designed to foster an exchange of ideas on measuring and enhancing ethical culture within our organizations. Target will kick off with a “show and tell” of the leader ethical culture dashboards they have been developing. We encourage others to share their own insights and learnings.
After a short break, Michael Duran, Senior Vice President, and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at 3M will lead a discussion on third-party risk. Third Party Risk Management is essential to a healthy compliance program. From appropriate pre-screening to on-boarding, to third-party codes and more, come ready to discuss third party risks at your organization.
