Ethisphere Roundtable, Live

Roundtable: NYC – Hosted by New York Life

2 HOUR(S) | MARCH 19, 2024 - | 9:30 AM-11:30 AM | EDT

Join your NYC-area peers for an in-person roundtable hosted by New York Life.

We are honored to have speakers: Gina Cristallo, Vice President and Chief Ethics Officer, New York Life Insurance, and Sally Sears, Corporate Ethics Officer, Prudential, facilitate our discussions.

With Artificial Intelligence at the forefront of our minds, we will first have a conversation around Cultural Resiliency in the Midst of AI Innovations:
It can be difficult to “see the forest for the trees,” when it comes to addressing how an organization’s culture can impact AI. Companies’ development and utilization of AI has vastly outpaced global regulations.  Ethics and Compliance teams have an opportunity to engage employees on the ethical use of AI. While considering the AI landscape, we will dive into:

  • Creating ethical principles of AI (separate from policies and governance),
  • Adding AI to the Code of Conduct,
  • Weaving ethical AI into your organization’s cultural framework,
  • And more!

We will then have a discussion on Establishing & Promoting a Global Speak-Up Program: There are many ways to build a global ethics program, each which have their advantages.  We will talk about different ways to set up your program, the use of ambassadors or other “boots on the ground”, and engagement/programming to influence speak-up for a global audience.  We will also address how cultural differences may impact your approach in different markets.

Space is limited; register today!

This roundtable is at capacity. Please email [email protected] to be added to the waitlist.
