Roundtable: San Francisco, CA – Hosted by Autodesk

3 HOUR(S) | FEBRUARY 28, 2024 - | 11:00 AM-2:00 PM | PST

Join your San Francisco, California peers for an in-person compliance roundtable, hosted by Autodesk

From managers to ambassadors and more: how to make employees be the voice of your ethics and compliance program:

Employee engagement plays a vital role in ensuring that compliance and ethics are upheld throughout an organization. Engaged employees are more likely to adhere to policies, report misconduct, and actively contribute to a positive ethical environment. However, achieving high levels of employee engagement in this area can be complex.

During the first part of the roundtable, participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences, strategies, and best practices for promoting employee engagement in compliance and ethics. We will explore topics such as:

  1. The role of managers at all levels in fostering employee engagement and leading by example.
  2. Overcoming challenges related to cultural differences in different GEOs.
  3. The effectiveness of ambassador programs in driving employee engagement and compliance awareness.
  4. Measuring and evaluating the impact of employee engagement initiatives in compliance and ethics.

The second half of the roundtable will have a focus on “Navigating the Future: Gen AI Governance – Exploring the Regulatory, Ethical, and Financial Dimensions”

As we celebrate the first anniversary of Gen AI, the convergence of artificial intelligence and genetic technologies, it’s obvious it’s changing the way that we live, work, and interact. There are tremendous benefits. There is also a dark side of AI if it is not properly governed. We will no doubt see regulations this year in an attempt to curb the misuse, but organizations must take steps now to ensure they are prepared.

Join ServiceNow’s SVP and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer for an insightful discussion of the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. We’ll explore the regulatory, ethical, and financial intricacies inherent in steering the course of this groundbreaking technology and learn what should be top of mind for every organization when building out an ethical AI governance framework.
