Richardson, will moderate “The Board Factor: Impact on High Performing Companies” at the upcoming Global Ethics Summit on March 10-11, 2015 in New York.

There is a close nexus between company performance and effective board leadership. The current business climate has an increasing expectation that the boardroom reflects leadership representing diverse professions, experience and backgrounds. Voya’s Martin to keynote alongside CEOs from illycaffè and Granite Construction  during “The CEO Conversation” panel
