World’s Most Ethical Companies honorees continuously outperform peers and competitors, demonstrating a link between ethical behavior and financial performance. This outperformance is the result of the kinds of practices that lead a company to be recognized—investments in their people, culture and communities.

This year, the Ethics Premium is 7.8% from January 2020 to January 2025, demonstrating a tangible ROI for doing the right thing.
