Lauren Drake, M.ED.

Lauren Drake is the Vice President of People Operations at Ethisphere, where she manages our most important resource: our employees. She handles training, recruiting new members to our growing team, benefit administration, and all other employee related items.

Prior to joining Ethisphere, Lauren spent almost 15 years working in the HR field. She started her career working for a government contractor in Washington, DC and most recently worked for a PEO based in Phoenix, AZ. During her PEO experience, she provided a full range of HR services to nationwide clients in all industries and of all sizes, advising on employee relation issues, investigations, benefits, and policy changes.

Lauren has a B.A. in English from the University of Maryland and her passion for training comes from her M.Ed. in Secondary Education from Marymount University. Lauren is an east-coast native currently living in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband and goldendoodles.
