Douglas Allen is Vice President, Strategy and Growth Operations at Ethisphere. He has spent nearly 20 years on the measurement side of ethics and compliance, including World’s Most Ethical Companies® certification, ethical culture measurement, and compliance program benchmarking, and now leads development of Ethisphere’s assessment products. Before Ethisphere, he built risk assessments, codes of conduct, and training curricula for global compliance teams at NYSE Governance Services. He speaks and writes regularly on culture, speak-up, and using data to strengthen compliance programs.
