•  Effectively Utilizing Culture Survey Results – Led by Nathan Prater, Vice President, Group Ethics and Compliance, and Anna Bleijerveld, Director Group Ethics & Compliance, Ahold Delhaize, this presentation will dive into how Ahold Delhaize has optimized their culture survey process, from analyzing the results of their survey, identifying opportunities for growth, comparing trends from one culture survey to the next, and more. Participants will have the chance to share their own experiences of utilizing and implementing their own culture survey results.
• A Conversation on Artificial Intelligence and Compliance Use Cases – This group discussion will begin with participants sharing one AI use case from their current work. We will have the opportunity to hear each use case, ask questions, and glean ideas from one another. After this time of sharing, we will have a presentation from a subject matter expert to identify additional best practices in AI in compliance.
