Participants will have the chance to share their own experiences of utilizing and implementing their own culture survey results.
• Establishing and Advancing a Global Champions/Ambassadors Program
  Matthijs Veenema, Director, Global Business Conduct, Eastman Chemical, will share how their organization recently established their Compliance Champions program.  The discussion will cover how to gain executive buy-in, select the Champions and the tools helpful to foster engagement and consistent communication across the network.
• Digital Compliance in practice: From Isolated Signals to Connected Insights
  Hilde van den Hoven, Partner at EY, will reflect on how the compliance function is evolving in a world of increasing digitalization and data availability. The session will explore why future challenges are less about a lack of information and more about interpreting and connecting large volumes of data points and signals across the organization, and how compliance can move from a reactive to a more integrated and forward-looking approach. Practical examples will illustrate how technology can support this shift in a structured way.
