Claire Battle, VP of Global Compliance at CNH Industrial will lead a conversation focused on the practical concerns & guidance for use of AI within the organization: retention of recordings and AI chat history, access, privilege, regulatory requirements, business unit and regional exceptions/flexibility, 3rd party compliance, etc.
Topic 3: Round-robin of AI Use Cases for Compliance
How are others using AI in the E&C function? Typically, we are limited by our own imagination! Participants will each share an example of how they are leveraging AI to advance the compliance program.
