After a brief presentation, participants will engage in a round-robin discussion to share experiences implementing and using AI in their compliance programs. Following a short break, we will turn to a session on Gifts and Entertainment (G&E). Together, we will explore how organizations are managing various types of gifts (both given and received), including considerations across jurisdictions, aggregate limits, and gifts involving government officials. While there is no one-size-fits-all approach to G&E, this discussion will highlight emerging practices and reinforce that many organizations are navigating similar challenges.
