Virtual: Building Up Ethical Leaders, hosted by Premera

Join us for a virtual roundtable on September 9, 2025, from 11:00am – 12:30pm PST, hosted by Premera.

Premera will be showcasing their Ethical Leadership Academy, a voluntary program designed to empower employees to become Ethical Leaders who embody Premera’s Core Values, and are role models of “doing the right thing.” The program had immense success in its first year, and as Premera enters the 2nd year of the program, they will showcase their process, challenges, and victories experienced during the implementation of the ELA. They will discuss the importance of this program within the organization, how they’ve seen growth in their ethical culture, and their goals for the future.

This conversation will be led by Sven Peterson, Vice President of Compliance, Ethics and Regulatory Services; Corporate Compliance & Ethics Officer, Rose Riojas, Ethics Program Manager, and Melanie Heymans, Senior Instructional Designer, at Premera.
