Eric Jorgenson, M.P.A

Eric is a Director within the Data & Services organization at Ethisphere with an emphasis on Ethics & Compliance program management.  Within this emphasis, Eric focuses on evaluation of the maturity and effectiveness of programs which includes detailed review of governance, investigations, written standards, communication and training, vendor management, and program evaluation.  Additionally Eric conducts individual benchmarking and consultative sessions with clients on areas of emphasis within their E&C programs. 

Prior to joining Ethisphere, Eric has spent many years in the Financial Services and Insurance industry, primarily in Operations, Quality Assurance, and Ethics & Compliance roles.  Most recently, Eric was responsible for the Ethics Program at Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America where his responsibilities include Speak Up initiatives and Investigations, Conflict of Interest, Gifts & Entertainment, Training, Communications, Antitrust, Written Standards, Code of Conduct, and the advancement of the company’s culture of compliance.   

Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History as well as a Masters of Public Administration from the University of North Dakota.
