Katie Kruger
Katie Kruger is a Senior Culture Analyst at Ethisphere, where she transforms employee feedback into clear, actionable insights that help organizations strengthen their ethical culture. She works closely with ethics and compliance leaders to understand how employees experience speaking up in the workplace and uses data-driven analysis to identify opportunities to create environments where raising concerns is safe, expected, and effective.
Katie’s work sits at the intersection of people, learning, and data. These three passions have shaped her career. Before joining Ethisphere, she began her professional journey as an educator, a role that deepened her commitment to helping individuals and communities grow. Over time, she became increasingly interested in how data and analytics could support that growth by illuminating patterns, challenges, and opportunities that might otherwise go unseen.
This interest led Katie to earn her Master’s in Data Analytics, equipping her with the technical foundation and analytical mindset she now brings to culture assessment. She approaches every dataset with curiosity and empathy, recognizing that behind each metric is an employee’s lived experience. Her goal is to ensure those voices are translated into insights leaders can use to build stronger, more ethical workplaces.
Since joining Ethisphere, Katie has shared her findings with global audiences through webinars, thought leadership content, and presentations at the Global Ethics Summit. These opportunities to elevate employee perspectives and support organizations on their culture journeys are among the most rewarding parts of her work.
At the heart of Katie’s approach is a belief in the power of data storytelling to spark meaningful change. She is dedicated to helping organizations listen to their people, understand what those voices reveal, and turn insight into action.
