Malthe Helt

Malthe is a Culture Analyst on the Data & Services team. In his role, he works with global organizations to enable them to understand and advance a culture of compliance through Ethisphere’s culture assessment and analysis. Malthe has a BA in Marketing and Applied Analytics as well as a MSc in Sustainable Development. With experience working with and analyzing complex data and a passion for social and environmental sustainability, his work at Ethisphere allows him to make a difference alongside the rest of the Culture team.

Emily Miner

Emily is a Director at Ethisphere in the Data & Services team. She helps organizations advance business integrity through strategic consultation on effective ethics and compliance program design and implementation. This  includes program evaluation, benchmarking against peer practices, and executive alignment. She also partners with large organizations to assess and enhance the compliance maturity of companies along their value chain. 

Prior to joining Ethisphere, Emily spent over a decade advising global corporations on ethical culture, program effectiveness, and codes of conduct. Most recently, she was a Vice President and leader of LRN Corporation’s advisory practice. Her earlier career was spent in the environmental science and sustainability sectors, both in non-profit and academia, where a highlight was contributing to drafting international climate policy goals as part of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.  

Emily has a Master of Public Administration in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida with a degree in Anthropology. She is a regular presenter at industry conferences and her work has been featured in numerous publications including Forbes, Agenda, and Fast Company. Emily is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP). 

When not at work, Emily is either at the beach, cooking something new that her kids probably won’t like, or making her way through her stack of New Yorkers.  

Emilie Stauble

Emilie is a Culture Analyst on the Data & Services team where she assists in carrying out Culture Assessments to evaluate organizations’ Ethics and Compliance measures. Previously, she worked to execute ethics audits to determine companies’ protective measures in areas such as ESG, workforce automation, workers’ rights, and artificial intelligence.

Jess Richey

Jess Richey is the Vice President of Product at Ethisphere. Jess is responsible for supporting customers though building awesome products and doing it as efficiently as possible.

Jess is an experienced software practitioner with more than a decade of experience building and leading product teams in high growth organizations, serving customers in the public and private sector. She has worked across Product, Technology and Security to scale and operationalize teams and is based out of St. Paul, MN.

Tom Bubeck

Tom Bubeck is the Chief Executive Officer of Ethisphere, where he leads the organization in pursuing its vision of building a better world by advancing business integrity. With a track record of driving growth and transformation across industries, Tom brings decades of leadership experience in ethics, compliance, financial services, and technology enabled solutions.

Before joining Ethisphere in September 2023, Tom served as CEO of Fairwords, an AI-powered communications protection software company, where he guided the company in helping organizations foster responsible and compliant workplace communication. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer and General Manager at LRN, a leading provider of ethics and compliance software and content solutions. While there he led the day-to-day operations of the business, overseeing sales, marketing, technology, advisory services, and global operations. Under his leadership, LRN underwent a successful turnaround and private equity transaction in 2018.

Tom has also held executive leadership roles at S&P Global, where he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Sales for the Capital IQ division, managing multi-million-dollar revenue streams and global teams, and at Relationship Science, where he was COO and a board member. Tom earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School and holds a bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from Stony Brook University.
