Director of Global Events and Global Community Manager of Business Ethics Leadership Alliance
Chelsie Dumenigo is the Director of Global Events, executing the production of Global Ethics Summits, Gala, roundtables, and webinars providing a platform for leaders to join together throughout the United States and around the world.
Chelsie is excited to expand her role as the Global Community Manger for the Business Ethics Leadership Alliance. In this role, Chelsie acts as the concierge for the BELA community, ensuring members have a smooth onboarding process, providing maximum exposure to BELA resources and benefits, and creating memorable experiences for each BELA member.
Previously, Chelsie was with Starwood Hotels in Tysons Corner, VA, where she was honored with the Starwood’s North America Division and North Region Best in Class Executive Meeting Specialist – MPSI Survey award and Starwood’s Win with Talent: Change and Innovation Leader.
Prior to Ethisphere, Mrs. Dumenigo worked with a local award-winning wedding and event firm in AZ developing and structuring pre- and onsite planning and marketing campaigns. Additional prior experience included managing and fully producing a local mud run and enhancing the exposure and membership of a non-profit charitable organization. Chelsie began her career with a private firm focusing on event production through logistics, budgeting, and marketing of popular and exclusive Arizona-based events.
Mrs. Dumenigo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and certifications in Special Events Coordination and Convention Sales and Meeting Planning from Arizona State University. Chelsie and her husband, along with their rescue dog Koda, live in Charleston, SC. Away from work, she enjoys spending as much time outside (mostly at the beach), traveling, and stay active.
