Federal regulators have increasingly focused on whether companies under investigation have utilized data analytics and have been willing to reduce penalties to those who have. The SEC has emphasized that companies of all sizes should employ some degree of data analytics within their compliance programs. In this session, panelists discuss their journey to incorporate data analytics into their programs, including where to begin, advice for small ethics and compliance programs, and how to mature usage for programs already benefiting from data analytics.
