Guidance on ESG Goal Setting: From Pledges to Progress
This report from the BELA ESG Frameworks Working Group shares a workflow created to provide organizations with a process of four “stage gates” on the road to successful execution of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) objectives. In addition to the workflow, the report includes some guiding questions for each item in the workflow. The report aims to help organizations go beyond broad commitments, and focus on goal setting and milestones to provide a method for achieving defined objectives.
