Session Spotlight: Internal Investigations – New Tactics & Communications Strategies in the Virtual Environment
In this session from the 2021 BELA South Asia Ethics Summit, speakers from Baker McKenzie, Johnson Controls, Infosys, and JLL discuss the way internal investigations have changed in new virtual working environments. The conversation covered an overview of the complexities of investigations in a virtual environment, privacy concerns, cross-functional coordination, disclosures and notices, challenges of remote investigations, new vehicles for optimal research in the pre-interview phase, the pitfalls of interviews in the remote environment, and corrective action and challenges with substantiation.
