Will Anthony is an Account Representative for the Business Ethics Leadership Alliance. Will lives in San Antonio, Texas and he enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, and traveling to new places. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and an M. Ed. in Higher Education Administration from University of the Incarnate Word, where he worked in The Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion focusing on LGBTQ+ issues. Will also spent two semesters studying abroad in Madrid, Spain and is fluent in Spanish. He brings his background in DEI to servicing our BELA members and is uniquely experienced to promote our mission of advancing the standards of ethical business practices.

Greg Hoffman, J.D.
Greg Hoffman is the Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts of Ethisphere and he leads client engagement, value delivery and channel management for both the Ethisphere Services business and the Business Ethics Leadership Alliance (BELA).
Mr. Hoffman has a 25-year history in the compliance, legal and regulatory arena. Most recently, he served as the Director of Sales at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, where he led the national sales and account management team for key sectors focused on compliance screening, due diligence and professional services.
Prior to that, Mr. Hoffman, was the Kroll Compliance, Head of Sales & Marketing, and he led the firm’s business development team for compliance due diligence, third party risk platform and consulting services. Previously, he served in a variety of executive sales leadership roles across multiple channels at Thomson Reuters.
Mr. Hoffman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire, a Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
Michael Byrne, J.D.
Michael Byrne serves as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel for Ethisphere. In this role, Mr. Byrne works with members of the Business Ethics Leadership Alliance, companies named to Ethisphere’s World’s Most Ethical Companies list and others to further the dialogue around the imperative of ethics and compliance in business today.
Prior to joining Ethisphere, Mr. Byrne was Assistant General Counsel at TeleTech Holdings, Inc., a leading business process outsourcing company that provided services to multinational companies, including many in the Fortune 500. At TeleTech, Mr. Byrne was responsible for managing the company’s commercial litigation as well as its compliance program; that complex program covered over forty thousand employees, as well as the compliance issues facing TeleTech’s clients and required Mr. Byrne to be on top of the compliance issues facing almost every major business segment, including financial services and healthcare.
Mr. Byrne’s experience managing compliance for a publicly traded global company that was also a supplier to Fortune 500 companies, combined with his current role interacting with companies and professionals at the forefront of the ethics and compliance field, give him a unique appreciation and understanding of the various challenges facing companies today.
Before joining TeleTech, Mr. Byrne practiced at Brownstein Hyatt Farber & Schreck where he focused on complex commercial litigation, including security fraud and antitrust matters. And before that, he practiced at Cohen Milstein Hausfeld & Toll, where he worked on large and complex antitrust matters.
Mr. Byrne received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor with honors from The George Washington University.
Craig Moss
Craig Moss is the Executive Vice President of Measurement at Ethisphere and a leading expert on using management systems to improve compliance and risk management performance within companies and across supply chains. He is responsible for developing and delivering programs designed to help companies and their supply chains measure and improve their compliance programs on topics including data protection, anti-corruption and cybersecurity. He has designed and led numerous programs helping Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms around the world to implement management systems to reduce supply chain risk and improve performance.
Craig is also Director-Content at the Cyber Readiness Institute, an organization focused on improving cybersecurity in small and mid-sized businesses by focusing on human behavior. He is a Director at the Digital Supply Chain Institute, where he developed a program to accelerate and scale digital transformation, and a unique new data trading framework. He is also Chair of the Licensing Executives Society committee for developing an ANSI global standard for Intellectual Property Protection in the Supply Chain.
Prior to joining Ethisphere, Craig was COO at the Center for Responsible Enterprise and Trade. He co-developed the Social Fingerprint® labor management maturity assessment and the TenSquared® change management programs for Social Accountability International. He has published guides on implementing management systems to improve compliance for organizations including the World Bank Group’s International Finance Corporation and the United Nations. Previously, Craig founded Global Access Corporation, where he led more than 3,000 business development projects in 50 countries.
Bill Coffin
Bill Coffin is the Editor-in-Chief of Ethisphere Magazine and supports the larger content strategy of Ethisphere. He is an internationally recognized writer and editorial leader in the fields of ethics, compliance, insurance and risk management. His work has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, Forbes and Fortune, as well as Compliance Week, National Underwriter, Risk Management, Best’s Review and other B2B media. Previously, Bill served as Director, Senior Editor at AIG, leading content strategy for one of the world’s largest insurance companies.
Bill has won numerous national journalism awards for his investigative work, including “Tragic Tale,” a profile of comic book writer Bill Mantlo, who fell through the cracks of the healthcare system after suffering a traumatic brain injury, and “The Darkness Within,” an examination of how health insurance excludes coverage for mental health care.
Bill lives in Oakhurst, NJ with his family, and is a published novelist, game designer and podcaster. He is a graduate of Washington and Lee University, and he actively campaigns along with fellow alumni, faculty and students for the removal of Robert E. Lee from the school’s name.
